WHY ONE WOMAN
WHY ONLY ONE WOMAN
Our journey began with the iconic black and white images of Helmut Newton, whose bold, evocative work opened my eyes to the possibilities of photography.
Although I never pursued photography professionally, and never intended to, Helmut Newton's artistry fascinated me and made me question what drew me to his images—and ultimately led me to pick up my own camera.
Soon, I found myself deeply immersed in Newton’s world, embarking on a lifelong adventure of learning photography. I’m still learning – still self-taught – and after three decades, his influence still captures my imagination as I discover new ways to appreciate my life partner’s sensuality. Photography has enabled me to share this journey with her, revealing the more intimate details of our lives, exploring our desires and fantasies, and celebrating her beauty as the central theme of our story.
This creative adventure is all about respect and gratitude for my partner and muse. Every photo we make together is about celebrating her strength and confidence, while always protecting her privacy. Trust and honesty shape everything we do, letting her shine as a powerful woman.
Through the years, we’ve been walking the line between revealing and holding back, letting trust and intimacy lead the way. My muse is far more than a subject in front of the lens; her strength and assurance inspire me constantly to grow, both as a photographer and as a human being. Together, we explore the portrayal of a strong, confident, and sexual women through the lens of erotic imagery. Each session is a delicate, collaborative dance built on trust, comfort, and a shared vision. I am always thankful we get to do this together.
We hope you enjoy this collection. It’s built from light, shadow, and an amazing connection—proof of just how wonderful this shared journey has been.
As I noted above, I do not have any formal training and because of this, I approach every shoot with curiosity. Thanks to the digital age, even I can fix my mistakes and keep growing.
Helmut Newton once said,
“The people in my pictures have been ‘arranged’ as on a stage. Nonetheless my pictures are not counterfeit; they reflect what I see in life with my own eyes.”
One might say that our pictures are “digitally” arranged, but they too, reflect what I see in life — the beauty of my partner, as we explore the portrayal of a strong, confident, and sexual women through the lens of erotic imagery.
Throughout the years, people have asked if I’d ever consider photographing other women. My answer has always been a confident NO—because this is the story of one and Only One Woman, and I couldn’t be happier with that choice. It feels absolutely right, and I wouldn’t change a thing.
Thanks for being part of this adventure with us. I really am lucky to have her by my side.
